Greetings darlings.
Yes it's true, I'm still alive...alive is good...or as vampy would say, you are undead. Well that's good too. LOL!
So i've got a bit to write about and I will as soon as I feel I can take the time to sit and update you all on what's going on. Things have been a bit crazy around here and so just as soon as I can I'll sit and write about them.
For now I leave you with this...
I got this in an e-mail the other day and wanted to share it. It's a story about a Cherokee father and his grandson, well kind of. More like he tells his grandson a little story. I love reading and listening to native american stories, they usually have lessons in them so therefore when a native american speaks, I listen. Take from this one what you will, I took something from it. *smiles*
The Two Wolves
One evening an old Cherokee told his grandson about a battle that was going on inside himself.
He said, "My son, it is between 2 wolves. One is evil: Anger, envy, sorrow, regret, greed, arrogance, self-pity, guilt, resentment, inferiority, lies, false pride, superiority and ego... The other is good: Joy, peace, love, hope, serenity, humility, kindness, benevolence, empathy, generosity, truth, compassion and faith..."
The grandson thought about it for a minute and then asked his grandfather, "Which wolf wins?"
The old Cherokee simply replied, "The one I feed."
That's it for the time being. Until next time lovelies...
<3<3<3hugs to you all.<3<3<3
